Rob has spent most of his life in the wild areas of Africa and a childhood love of nature encouraged him to pursue a career as a safari guide in South Africa. After nearly 20 years in the industry, including 15 years of guiding in the world-renowned Sabi Sand Game Reserve, Rob turned his attention to full-time content creation online – building a subscriber/follower base of 1.5 million across platforms and over 600 million views.
Rob’s Wildlife footage (and occasionally the man himself) can be found in many wildlife shows on channels such as Nat Geo Wild, Animal Planet, and Discovery.
For the past five years Rob has been mostly filming in Kenya’s Maasai Mara National Reserve, gaining insights into the animal dynamics of the area.
